Re: CUDA Suggestions and Talk
Thanks a lot for your help and assistance! One more question popped up I want to address: DGIndexNV/EncNV are only able to go with mod4 as lowest, right? I am asking because sometimes I want to crop/resize by mod2 for where I take off 2 pixels from top (black bar), staxrip set to mod2, applying resi...

Re: CUDA Suggestions and Talk
Alright, thanks. One more question that popped up during browsing forums and finding this: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=107
The thread is quite old so I'm not sure if it's still best to use AviSynths SelectEven or if there is a SelectEven() for CUDA from your end.

Re: CUDA Suggestions and Talk
Hehe I knew I should have been more specific
What I meant with "the closest" is in terms of quality, accuracy, ..etc as with yadifmod2 I don't get to have any options. Looking at encoding comparisons made I think mode 0 is what compares best with (non-option featured) yadifmod2.

Re: CUDA Suggestions and Talk
Thank you a lot for this package of help! Much appreciated! When using DGBob I assume mode 0 is the one closest to regular yadifmod2?

Re: CUDA Suggestions and Talk
Hi Donald, do I use DGBob correctly so far? DGBob(order=-1, mode=0) And when or why would I want to use mode 1 or 2? I noticed that a 25fps movie is shown as a 50fps movie with mode 1 and as a 25fps movie with mode 2 but with double the runtime. Also I think since I'm using DGSource I'm good using o...

Re: DGIndexNV+CLI+template = Works but no .avs
Hi Donald Thank you! It works as intended now and is actually quite simple: When you call dgindexnv.exe via command line you are required to use full qualified paths and not just filenames - unless you are calling dgindexnv.exe from inside its actual directory. Eg this one would not work "D:\progs\s...

[RESOLVED] DGIndexNV+CLI+template = Works but no .avs
Hi everyone, thanks to gonca I looked into templates in manual etc. Turns out I'll have a batch file now to drag and drop video files onto I would usually do F2->F4 in DGIndexNV GUI for. Works entirely perfect. What doesn't work at all is that an avs file is generated (at this point "anywhere"). CLI...

Please provide me with an example. I'm really lost understanding what you could mean.

Re: [RESOLVED] Staxrip 1.7+DGEnc+x264 = Unable to load DGDecodeNV.dll
Hi gonca, could you give me an example here what this would look like? Something like a package manager for staxrip applications/plugins?

Re: Staxrip 1.7+DGEnc+x264 = Unable to load DGDecodeNV.dll
Easy, easy, I was just giving as much information as anyone wanting to help could maybe need. Not being a pro with this mostly-known-some-parts-new-environment I could not classify which information would be stupid not to mention and which one valuable. Yes, why you would not want external/other app...

Re: Staxrip 1.7+DGEnc+x264 = Unable to load DGDecodeNV.dll
Ok, had the chance to try if I did something wrong when "copying" and also to catch up with the other topics addressed in your posts. The file sizes appear to be right for x64 Sorry for the confusion here. I copied over all contents from 2053 zip as they are overwriting existing files. After that I ...

Re: Staxrip 1.7+DGEnc+x264 = Unable to load DGDecodeNV.dll
Hi and thanks a lot for taking care, (in the morning here so a short post for now from my side) Structure in downloaded 2053 zip file is this: Inside the zip are the 32bit files and a folder called "x64 Binaries". I am not supposed to copy the x64 files from this "x64 binaries" folder to the parent ...

[RESOLVED] Staxrip 1.7+DGEnc+x264 = Unable to load DGDecodeNV.dll
Hi everyone, I'm a new joiner recently. While Staxrip has been with me for years (old version but still doing what I need) I decided to go for a new RTX 2070 and also hook it up for my tv recordings for which I wanted DGEnc to accelerate my encoding projects. This however required me to upgrade to n...
