Running "dgdecnv_244\DGIndexNV.exe" on file from a pixel 6 phone https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZcHNkC5Fwf0LFN99_7wtCVVk8aSIzzmo/view?usp=sharing creates a DGI file that contains "FPS 25000 / 1000" The phone was set to 30 fps.
