Sorry if this has been dealt with earlier. Only having used DGDemux GUI, I just learned that there's no gap processing when not splitting TrueHD and embedded AC3. As confirmed in your txt file.

Doh... I confirm the message is indeed gone now with an empty license.txt.
I'm not sure about the workaround. Elementary hevc stream is not accepted by MeGUI's indexer. And with hevc in mkv/m2ts container, DGIndexNV is greyed out.
I'll ask at Doom9 forum if MeGUI guys want to fix this.
