Thank you very much :hat: I just tested it on my system with a GTX 1060 ad driver 531.79 and the exit code is 1. Based on the list provided by you above I would have expected a 4 or am I wrong? It is not a big deal as currently I would just detected for 0 or > 0. Additionally I tested it on a system...

That sounds great and would be very nice. So even the supported codecs are possible to detect? Even better

In my current implementation: no. Potentially I would have implemeted something so that the filter is enabled for specific codecs depending on if it is supported or not. However that would also cause some effort on my side with likely low benefits so if it is causing more effort also on your side th...

I did had again a user who enabled DGDecNV without the proper hardware. It would be great if there would be a possibility to implement some kind of check if DGDecNV is suported on a system. If that check succeeds I could enable DGDecNV automatically and if not, it cannot be enabled/used. E.g. DGInde...

Trying automatic activation for registrations
The reset password mail is sadly not working yet.
Luckily after some struggles I found my password (still assigned to the neuron2 page in my notes so it took some time to find it).

Re: CLIP + cropping
Thanks, Don, I am currently testing. It seems that I can enforce mod2 incl. top and left already right now. In my tests with the value 2 for ct and cl it simply did not crop. From the user perspective this is not what would be expected, however it is better than to force mod4 and then at some point ...

Re: Wrong FPS information
That file has been provided to me by a user. Likely he did create it in a wrong way. As this seems not to be a general issue and the reason is clear the case here can be closed. Only slight issue is that it seems that MediaInfo is not able to detect this properly (I do get 23.976 for container + vid...

[RESOLVED] Wrong FPS information
Hello Don,
While testing I came accross this sample file here:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/tiql79cv ... 0.mkv/file
It should be 23.976fps but DGIndexNV detects it as 90,000fps.
I am using the current version + the CLI
Kind regards,
Zathor

And if it helps this was the command line used:

Re: CLIP + cropping
Thanks for that. A little heads-up for you: probably the whole CLIP mechanism will be removed and the cropping dialog will become a cropping calculator, that just gives you values you can subsequently use in DGSource() cropping or in the Avisynth cropping. I will check but IIRC the mod 4 limitation...

[RESOLVED] CLIP + cropping
Hello Don, Based on my current work with DGSource() and cropping and also based on that post (and following) https://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1858857&postcount=6638 I noticed this issue here, which I cannot explain myself: Source size (MKV/AVC): 638x398 CLIP 0 2 0 2 (Btw why is the order of th...

Thanks, that was fast!
I can confirm that the message box is gone (and that it is not added to the standard output stream).

[RESOLVED] Message Box in CLI mode
Hi Don, While testing some functionality I noticed that I do get a message box "MKV parsing warning: Sparse cues in this Matroska file. Seeking may be slow" in CLI mode. Command line used was: "D:\MeGUI\MeGUI_dgindexnv\tools\dgindexnv\dgindexnv.exe" -i "D:\MeGUI\_SAMPLE_FILES\VFR\vfr.mkv" -o "D:\MeG...

Take your time, everything is prepared in MeGUI. As soon as the logs also appear for DGDecIM they will be used.

Re: [SOLVED] Demux Support & CLI
Thank you very much!
I have just commited version 2832 with the changes for the new DGDecNV build. I also prepared everything for an updated DGDecIM (with a fallback if the files are not found in the log).

Thanks, but please take your time. I will already be sleeping when you are back and tomorrow likely I do not have any time so before Monday it will be hard for me to do the final check.

Re: [SOLVED] Demux Support & CLI
OK, will see what I can do. No guarantees because the checking for HEVC support is not easy without opening a file and trying to create the decoder. Do not spend too much time into it. It os not worth too much effort. In worst case I can add an option to MeGUI where a user can enable the HEVC suppo...

Re: [SOLVED] Demux Support & CLI
Decimal is fine. I only wanted to know if it is always decimal so that I can convert if needed.
