Re: [RESOLVED] DGIndexNV no Output Trimmed TS
I'm back with the same problem. The situation isn't straight. If I try to output a trimmed file from a source of 27 GB, the processing goes to around 5% ~1.5 GB. And then enters some cycle. (I want to trim the first 40 sec. and the last maybe 3 min.) If I try to do the same with a 10% part (around 2...

Re: About frame decimation
Yes, I know that I understand that. Yes, part of the H264 encodingprocess is prediction. And yes, the encoder works on the difference between predicted and the real frame. But, how the preprocessing wich decimates works? I thought, as long as this process drops one out of five frame, it was possible...

Re: About frame decimation
OK, this is obvious. I thought it is easy to program a filter to work this way: It opens (decodes) a sequence of frames to examine them and to decide which one to drop. Then it output the rest without changing (decoding) them. Actually, I don't know the format of the source stream so I cannot think ...

About frame decimation
Is there a filter to decimate a 30/1.001 progressive H264 encoded video to 24/1.001 without re-encoding it?
It seems to me quite possible.

Re: DGDecNV 2038 doesn't work on W2003 Server
I need some more information, please. Some times, when I start DGIndexNV I get two error messages: ERROR: cnInit failed (100) GPU decoder: Failed to create video decoder [100] (with an .h264 file) I have the feeling I can resolve this by restarting Windows, but right now I am running an encoding pro...

Re: DGIndexNV no Output Trimmed TS
Thanks. Next: I have used the 64-bit version. I put a stream from an .mkv file into a .ts file using tsRemuxR. I had one short segment from the input .ts file outputted into an output file. DGIndexNV didn't add the extension .ts. While having outputted the next, much larger segment, the program ente...
