Extracting stream details?
Hi. Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but there is so many people with a lot of knowledge here. If I have a disc, being BD or 4k UHD, and there is lets say 3 commentary tracks on the disc. Is there any way to extract the details for those commentary tracks somehow, other than putting the d...

PGS demux issue with specific disc.
The version online 2-22-2024 works fine. I had fixed that but somehow I did not make an announcement in the binaries notification thread. Still, please try to check the latest version online before making a report. The online version is 2-22 and your report was 2-28. Please advise your resul...

PGS demux issue with specific disc.
Hi. Got "Gunfight at the OK Corral" 4k, and it seems like dgindexnv have some issues with that disc. The disc has one subtitle track, which is also shown in the mpls list. But when indexing, there is simply no subtitle track after indexing is done. The log file also shows no subtitles found. dgdecnv...
DoVi Tool
Thank you and sorry, I didn't see this topic... Just a question : any reason to use --eos-before-el option ? I use the latest dovi tool and quietvoid say "Write the EOS/EOB NALUs before the EL. Defaults to false. This flag enables the same behaviour yusesope's mux script. Enabling this therefore re...

SCHOOL DAZE 4k wrong fps detected
Hi. The newly downloaded 251 detects it as 23,976 FPS, and the video preview also looks fine. Not sure about dgdemux. I just used it to demux and then used the demuxed file in dgindexnv. But indeed in dgdemux in the files list when I choose the mpls, 23,976 is shown. So probably just a dgindexnv iss...

DGIndexNV 249 and seamless branching?
Hi. Thanks for swift action as usual. Had a feeling that it was probably related to the addition of DTS Express support. 91 is is quite a bit, but I think some of the older discs like Cars had a bit more. Maybe there are discs with even more. I have also tested the new 249 release, and as expected i...

DGIndexNV 249 and seamless branching?
Hi.
I have tested with the version you sent, and the two DTS files are now the same size as build 248 files, and a file compare shows that there are no differences.
Thanks for swift action as always.

DGIndexNV 249 and seamless branching?
Hi. Just got my Elemental BD today and thought I would give it a spin. Found out that it has 91 segments. The disc contains the following tracks: Video: MPEG-4 AVC Video / 23342 kbps / 1080p / 23.976 fps / 16:9 / High Profile 4.1 Audio: English / DTS-HD Master Audio / 7.1 / 48 kHz / 4713 kbps / 24-b...

Feature request: Demux only TrueHD and No THD+AC3 merge
Sorry, but I just want to ask. Isn't a TrueHD track without an embedded AC3 track a "bad" TrueHD track? I know that Mkvmerge adds it as two seperate tracks, but the embedded AC3 file should still be there for compatibility? Maybe I misunderstand the pupose of all those options, but there already is ...

GPU decoder error with 245.
nVidia driver version? Is your Win7 32-bit or 64-bit? Do you run 32-bit or 64-bit DGIndexNV? Video format? AVC? HEVC? other? Resolution? Does it happen with all files and video types? Meanwhile, I'll play a hunch. Re-download the Guest 2 test and try that. 245 has a new test of decoder capabilities...

Hi. This is probably some issue on my old PC running windows 7, but before I start to pull everything apart, I could maybe get a pointer here, as to where to look for the problem. dgdecnv_244-220802 works fine dgdecnv_245-220810 gives an error when I click "Open MPLS" in the "Choose MPLS file" windo...

DGIndexNV 244 Chapter Demuxing Possible Issue
Hi.
I agree that it is probably safe to just do like 1.62 and 2.44 does now.
And they also adjust for the length of the first m2ts file. Guess we are good to go

DGIndexNV 244 Chapter Demuxing Possible Issue
Hi. I have now redownloaded and tested. Both dgdemux 1.62 and dgdecnv 2.44 now creates correct chapter files. There is a slight difference when compared to 2.43, but I don't know the standard, so don't know if the final chapter at the end with 2.43 should be there or not 2.43 CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 ...

DGIndexNV 244 Chapter Demuxing Possible Issue
Hi. Just redownloaded dgdemux 1.62 and dgdecnv 2.44. When I select to skip frist and last m2ts they both create a chapters file that looks like this: CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 CHAPTER01NAME= If I don't skip first m2ts and last m2ts I get a good chapters file like this: CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 CHAPTER01N...

DGIndexNV 244 Chapter Demuxing Possible Issue
Hello again. Maybe it is actually a problem with dgdemux 1.62. When I used dgdemux 1.62 I get the same small chapter file. CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 CHAPTER01NAME= Going back to dgdemux 1.61 I again get the good chapters file: CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 CHAPTER01NAME= CHAPTER02=00:09:32.125 CHAPTER02NAME= ...

DGIndexNV 244 Chapter Demuxing Possible Issue
Hi. I just demuxed a disc, where I chose to discard first and last m2ts. The chapters file after look like this: CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000 CHAPTER01NAME= When I open the disc, dgindexnv tells me that there are 9 chapters. Even after selecting skip first and last m2ts, it still shows Chapters [9]. But a...

thd+ac3 file in dgdecnv 240
Hi. Thank you for adding an option. Just did a quick test with a 4k movie a bit more than 2 hours long. 2.39 finnished in 2m 5s 2.40 changed to creating thd+ac3 after 2m 3s and then finnished after an additional 1m 37s. Almost the same time as it took to demux. That is not 3-4 minutes like started y...

Hi. Sorry if this should have been in another thread. Just updated to 240, and oh-my. Could the change to write thd+ac3 track please be either reverted, or made optional? It takes 3-4 mínutes to do that file, and with all the other speed optimazations that has been done over the past year or so, for...

Skip last m2ts not working?
Just ran across a couple of BDs with a tiny m2ts at the end and skip last seemed to work fine. Using DGDemux directly, though Yes, it seems to work in DGdemux. But I hardly ever use that. I use DGIndexNV since I need the dgi file anyway. See no reason to demux first, and then index afterwards. renols

Skip last m2ts not working?
Hi. Lately I have had some discs with a small m2ts at the start and at the end. If I don't remove the one at the start, everything gets messed up. I would also like to remove the one at the end, but even if I mark "Skip last M2TS", the last m2ts file doesn't get removed from the list. And it is also...
