From the original email sent to you when requesting a license, there should be a link to the on-line generator that allows you to generate the new license for you new motherboard.

Hi mirogi, From the main DGDecNV page: Your activation is tied to your first active network adapter. So if you replace that, you will need to add a new entry to your license file. So using slomorbo's test setup the results are: CUDA - min/max/avg 74.58/103.46/88.11 VP - min/max/avg 154.83/190.77/178.91 Using the respective engines as confirmed in GPU-Z.
