Re: Issue with W64 demux

does anyone know of an application that cannot play/utilize 24-bit WAVEFORMATPCM? I did extensive research and I found that it doesn't work on some Android builds and some hardware players or A/V receivers of obscure, perhaps audiophile, brands. As they refer to generic PCM 24 bit, I suppose they w...

Re: Issue with W64 demux

BTW, La Notte. Great flick! Thank you for drawing it to my attention. La Notte received the Golden Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival (first time for Italian film), as well as the David di Donatello Award for Best Director in 1961. La Notte is considered the central film of a trilogy be...

I already gave my reasons. Is it working for you?

Regarding WAVEFORMATPCM versus WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE
WAVEFORMATPCM is considered obsolete VS WAVEFORMATPCM, why bother about WAVEFORMATPCM ? :)

Ha ha, your disk's PCM track is pretty funny to listen to. Maybe we should leave it that way?

Issue with W64 demux

Sometimes, I could say 50%, I get a w64 of double the time lenght of the original PCM stream, with lower pitch.

I usually demux by mpls, not m2ts.

Anybody got same issue?

Re: 1917 THD

What are you talking about? We do not have different file sizes! Now that you corrected, they are identical  Issue closed. I'm wasting valuable time on this. I put lot of efforts to understand on my own before posting, that's why I am so silent for long periods of time. I would never waste...

All bit identical. Is there still an issue?
Nope, unless you want to investigate why we have different file sizes.

I'm thinking you inadvertently had old versions for your initial testing.
Nope. I downloaded latest file versions and checked file size, file date and checksum.

So strange.

Re: 1917 THD

I just demuxed the ITA THD and obtained the following results (get file sizes from file properties windows) Just downloaded latest files from your server and the exe inside have same file date, size and CRC32 of mine. The only thing I have changed from yesterday is the latest version of MKVExtract....
