Evidently there was either a blank or line feed after the license code that I didn't include when I did the cut and paste. I repeated this and recreated the license.txt file and DGAVCIndexDI.exe is working again.

DGAVCIndexDI.exe and diavc.ax were already licensed until I used my docking station. I generated another license for the new machine code afterward.
