MPEG-1 and AV-1 support?

Google and Netflix use AV1. I use it and since newer Intel and NVIDIA cards have hardware encoding support for it is I suspect there are others too. :) MPEG1 is simply not worth the effort. Fair enough. 4080 huh? Anything compelling versus 3090? Main reason for me was: More computational power when ...

MPEG-1 and AV-1 support?

Hi, :hat: trying to open mpeg-1 content with DGIndexNV I get: --------------------------- Video Type Detect Error --------------------------- MPEG1 video not supported. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- Since NVDec should decode this fine (https://developer.nvidia.com/video-...

I'm subscribed, but I don't get any email notifications.
(yes, I did check my spamfolder)
I'll switch to another email and see if that helps. :)

Help with DGDecNV vs LWLibavSource + TIVTC

Sorry, for some reason email notification doesn't work and I was busy the last few days. Argh, I misunderstood the field handling. :o Instead of fieldop=2, I should have used fieldop=0. :/ with: clip = core.dgdecodenv.DGSource("J:/tmp/mkv_91f99f4fa9c16149c3fd0287606826e8_853323747.dgi",fieldop=0) cl...

fieldop in MPEG2Source?

You can control that using the Field_Operation in the D2V file (just edit the D2V file). The reason it is that way is that in DGIndex the field operation is implemented for display, so it is controlled by a DGIndex setting and passed to the DLL via the D2V file. I would prefer not to have to edit t...

Help with DGDecNV vs LWLibavSource + TIVTC

I got a source that is soft telecined, I know I could handle it with fieldop=1, which works fine. (So yes, I can handle the source fine.) My problem is, that I don't understand why I get different matches/results when using: clip = core.tivtc.TFM(clip=clip) clip = core.tivtc.TDecimate(clip=clip) dep...

If it's not much hassle, would it be possible to add 'fieldop' in MPEG2Source as it is used in DGDecNV/DGSource ?

Re: [RESOLVED] x64 version of DGDecode.dll?

Is there an update on this, in regard of there being a 64bit build (that works) of DGDecode? I can confirm that D2VSource does seem to work fine, but I would prefer a 64bit build of DGDecode if it exists. (If it's too much hassle I'll stick with D2VSource when using 64bit Avisynth on systems without...

Re: Split - Binaries Update Notification Thread

Okay, so my best option is to write a script that regularly downloads all the DG tools I use compare the checksum of each tool against the last version I have and send me an email in case something changes.
Not what I hoped for, but hey that's live.

Split - Binaries Update Notification Thread

Please split the "Binaries Update Notification Thread" into a thread per tool.
It's getting kind of annoying to get the the notification for 'DGDemux/DGDemuxGUI slipstream', when I don't even know or use the tool.
On the other hand I like to get updates for most of the other tools of DG,...

Re: DGIndexNV closing,... (DG 2053.0.0.172 + NV 419.35)

Tested the dlls and seems like this happens when dui70.dll (version 6.1.7600.16385) is inside the same folder as DGIndexNV.dll Since I'm not sure why that specific dll is inside the folder I'll simply rename it till I stumble over a filter that doesn't work anymore. (No clue why that dll would inter...

Re: DGIndexNV closing,... (DG 2053.0.0.172 + NV 419.35)

Does that mean doing any one of them crashes, or do them in sequence? any one of these :) Let's assume it's any one of them. So you open DGIndexNV and then do File/Open and it immediately crashes, without you specifying a file and hitting OK? Yes, the open dialog doesn't appear. Program simply clos...
