I would need the source to help with tweaking. Thanks Rocky, I used the very same example in DGSource documentation and it worked flawlessly. The episode is of the same BD, so it maintains the same properties.. I can't tell the quality difference, as I am a deinterlace noob. ;) Nobody ever seemed t...

I am a spring chicken about inverse telecine, pulldown etc, so be kind to me ;) I need to port the script DGSource("F:\In\Stand Alone Complex\01 Sezione 9, pubblica sicurezza\01.dgi", ct=24,cb=24,cl=0,cr=0) tfm(mode=1,pp=5,slow=2,micmatching=2,clip2=tdeint(mode=2,type=3)) tdecimate() to a CUDA accel...

Demux the video and then open the demuxed video in MediaInfo. Yep, you were right. I had to use ffplay and: Input #0, h264, from '[ReinForce] Sidonia no Kishi ~Ai Tsumugu Hoshi~ (BDRip 1920x804 x264 FLAC) [und] 1.avc': Duration: N/A, bitrate: N/A Stream #0:0: Video: h264 (High), yuv420p(progressive...

Mediainfo is always using the container rate I suppose. OK, I'll change it so that if there is a mismatch in CLI mode, instead of defaulting to the ES rate, I'll follow the INI file setting. You'd set that to ES or container, not prompt. In your case container of course. Look for patch within the h...

Ok, I did some trials with driver versions 512.59, 512.77, 516.01 and 512.96. It's neither a CUDA problem (I have changed the thread title) nor a driver one, as they all show the same behaviour, i.e. wrong video indexing, reporting a wrong FPS: Stream Type: Matroska Video Type: AVC Profile: High Lev...

FlaCuda (now FlaCL)
On this repo https://github.com/gchudov/cuetools.net ... flacuda.cu there is source code for a FLAC encoder.
Perhaps you could create pipe to transcode PCM on the fly or implement in DGIndexNV code itself.

Conversion of site to HTTPS
I had the standard http: // urls in history and, thus, calling rationalqm.us from address bar sent me to the non secure site.

Got it. Thank you for the information. What color spaces are important for you? I ain't a color space expert. Internally it can work whatever you want, enough that precision is preserved, but I'd like that it could accept as input and provide as output the standard color spaces that both decoders a...

You can help me and Sherman by telling us of the existing BM3D filters and what you see as their shortcomings. Late reply but I never get notifications, sorry. About algorithm, you can easily go and find references on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Block-matching_and_3D_filtering AFAIK th...

OK, 2 first then. Sherman can help me with it, if I can drag him away from the radio stuff. Silly boy, he bought another 48-461. Trying to corner the global market. You can start with 4, actually. I can (with some magic powder) make MKVMerge do the dirty job for 2, in the mean while. Au cont...

Proper bitdepth output
When indexing a HEVC (10 bits) and I feed AVS+ script with DGSource, I get:
Code: Select all
avs+ [INFO]: AviSynth+ 3.7.2 (r3661, 3.7, x86_64)
avs+ [INFO]: 1920x1080 fps 24000/1001 i420p16 frames 0 - 37767 of 37768
Perhaps I am doing something wrong, anyway.

Proper bitdepth output
Would be possible for DGSource to output the exact color bitdepth?
It's easy to correct by hand with ConvertBits, as they are all zeroes, but on automatic processing, such as with some GUIs, the excess bits can lead to more work for plugins and AVSIs.
Thanks.
