Re: DGDemux development

Broccoli, yech! Anyway, Mooses are so big that we can't easily get down to munch that low stuff. Tree bark and leaves, now you're talking my language.

I'm a system architect. I don't dirty my hooves with coding. Students and apprentices, OK?

Re: DGDemux development

Sherman, you need to add preallocation for the MVC file. It's a small thing but we strive for perfection here in DG land. ;)

Re: DGDemux development

Not a bad effort. I noticed one thing. For TOY_STORY_4_3D there are 52 M2TS files in the main playlist. The progress indication seems to work OK. The progress goes up to 99 and then you get Done! not long after. However, for PROMETHEUS_3D there is only one M2TS and the progress reaches 99, then the ...

Re: DGDemux development

Not so fast, Sherman. There is no proper error checking and recovery. And the progress doesn't span the entire playlist? You have all the in and out times for all the M2TS. Figure it out.

Re: DGDemux development

Sherman, that's pretty good for a kid. However, coordinating that process with the GUI may not be so trivial. I expect you to have it coded by the end of the day tomorrow. That is the real test of a Moose.

Thank you for your support, hydra3333. I'm tempted to appoint you an honorary moose, but that might get me in trouble with the Moose Lodge.
Even though they seem good with using your older work
I noticed that too. Further evidence of derangement!

Here's what Microsoft's Groove Music has to say while playing Jim Hendrix's Pali Gap:

"Nothing to show here. Try another filter."

Really?

What's up with these guys at Doom9? Another hoomin weed seems to have outsprouted them all. If it goes on, a stomping could be in the offing.

Re: Failed to create video decoder [300]

My buggy whips are still working fine too. Anyway, your crud...I mean card...can't be too fine if it fails on simple AVC streams. You're probably running some ancient nVidia driver version, too. Rocky is being kind in spending any time at all on this. But if you can't give a sample in two ful...

Re: DGDemux development

Looking closely at your solution, Sherman , I see that it will explode with 20-bit PCM. 20-bit is a legal bluray bit depth. The last 5% of every project determines its success or failure. I learned that from me. The omission is not worth a stomping, but definitely a snort or two. A little tap with t...

Full credit Sharc , you've been Moose Approved for donkeys' years. Sherman 's gonna fix it for sure. It's not just about alliteration. Look for the deeper structure. Singing from the heart, as our dear friend Levi might say. Rest in peace all dear departed. https://youtu.be/mxhIK7rUeqI?t=190
