Ah, okay so they are indeed needed and using a different card would require a different 'sm' file.
Thanks for clearing that up.

[RESOLVED] NV12ToRGB24_sm_ ... files
Having updated my avisynth plugins folder with different DGDecNV versions over the last few years and when looking into it I realized a bunch of NV12ToRGB24_sm_... files seem to have piled up. :) So I was wondering: a. what are they needed for ? b. which are needed by the latest dgdecnv version? a. I don't want to split my dvd by chapter,...
b. Like I wrote before I prefer to keep my DVDs intact for backup and playback through media player purposes
No clue what you can't understand.

a. I then would use PGCDemux instead of DVD Decrypter.
b. that doesn't really help with the feature request.

Re: Feature request: ifo parsing
I normally rip my DVDs 1:1 since I play them through my media player which supports menus&co and only convert them for playback on my mobile devices (tablet, laptop,..)

Feature request: ifo parsing
Would be nice if one could feed DGIndex with a ifo file and: a. use it to output some general infos about the source to command line (audio-, video-, subtitle-streams, tile, chapters, angles) b. tell DGIndex to only use a specific title, angle and may be chapter range Like always: No fuss if this is...

Re: [RESOLVED] Which NVIDIA cards are supported?
Problem with that table is that it does not contain all the cards that are listed in the list below it.You can get that from the first column of the table you linked in your first post.
Sadly it's still to low resolution if I feed an ocr tool with it.Click on it to enlarge it.

[RESOLVED] Which NVIDIA cards are supported?
Should all cards listed at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CUDA#Supported_GPUs work with DGDecNV or are there some minimal requirements? (in example a specific computation compatibility or VPX-Chip version)

No problem.
Will stop distributing it with Hybrid (or it's Avisynth package) starting with the next version.

Re: [RESOLVED] DGTools - new download portal
got a related question: Is there something special about the binaries now, since they are no more publicly available? Background: I normally added the binaries to Hybrid so that DGDecNV users only need to add their license.txt file, but if you want I can remove the DGDecNV files from Hybrids install...

Re: Feature request: DGIndex command line option START-END
To do that I would have to make DGIndexNV frame accurate,... Okay, would be nice to have this feature just for DGIndex itself, but having it in all the indexing tools would be even greater. :) ... It's something I have thought about but it's a big job. No hurry, if it's too much of a hassle to impl...

Re: Feature request: DGIndex command line option START-END
What syntax would you want to set the range, For example: --startpos X --endpos Y with either X,Y either hh:mm:ss.zzz or a frame number how would you know the right values to use? I either extract specific chapters or specific scenes (where I know the start and end time codes and frame numbers), th...

Feature request: DGIndex command line option START-END
Would be nice if the command line interface of DGIndex could be extended a bit to allow a start-end selection during stream extraction. Background I mainly use DGIndex through the command line to: a. create a .d2v file and b. extract the audio which works fine, it just gets really annoying if I only...

Overview/comparison between the DG...-Tools?
Is there some overview/comparison table between DGMPGDec/DGDecIM/DGDecNV/DGAVCDecDI ? Re: DGIndex vs. DgIndexNV d2v creation
It's kind of a bummer to encode a bunch of files and later detect that one should not have used the 'fixed' .d2v, but the 'bad' one, so is there a way to 'detect' such streams automatically by parsing the fixed.txt ?
(I could to the parsing myself, I just don't know what to look for)

[RESOLVED] DGIndex vs. DgIndexNV d2v creation
A user of Hybrid (small gui I wrote, that also has the possibility to use avisynth for filtering on windows systems) send me a two links to a file (http://aavg.net/g42ito8d63q2 and http://cyberlocker.ch/s7du6gmddiz2, both to the same file) which causes problems with DGIndex. To be more precise the p...
