Well... I think while the new 4k BR standard can't be ripped, there will not be a big use of the H265 part feature. I don't say there is no use or no one use it, just that my guess is that, for now, the number of peoples using the H265 part are probably very low. As it's just a guess, maybe i'm wron...

You mean one stack when not hanging, and one stack when hanging ? I should be able to do the first very soon, and it will also validate that i'll provide you the correct thing.

It happened twice since, but... What should i look for with the ProcessExplorer ?
The 1rst time i didn't realise that i had to right click on Veedub64 and got to "Property...".
I've done this the second time, but no idea what to look for.

What is your evidence that my tool is the cause of the issue? Didn't have time to do 5000, but as the issue occued 3 times for 140 "process", i've done a 500 loop test on a file which created the issue, without being able to reproduce...

[RESOLVED] File with THD track
Why each time i have a file with a THD track, DGIndexNV always tells me "The audio type for PID 1101 determined from reading the PAT/PMT program information (THD) does not match the detected audio (MPA). Etc...".

I've tried a 5000 loop with Open/Preview/Close (trimed at a few frames for the preview), and it gone until the end... :scratch: But... My guess is that it is not DGDecodeNV that hangs but rather the encode process. This could be true if it was happening only on queued jobs. But as i said, sometimes it happens when i just open the avs file in VDub, in that case, no process/encode or anything is involved (and of course, the chain fi...

Sorry, i was afraid of this misunderstanding. By "batch" i mean "jobs queue", the "Queue batch operation" menu in VDub, where you create a batch of jobs adding them one after one, and run then after in the "Job control..." menu. It's also called "batch", so...

Or does it stay blank and then say VirtualDub not responding? Yes. Does it happen with all file types? How often does it happen if you repeat using the same file? Occurance is rare. Never tried to loop opening the same file, so i don't realy know. As i only use DGIndexNV on m2ts files, i don't know...

Hum... By decimate, we agree you want to change the frame rate, and so you'll remove frames according a proper repetive pattern, you'll not create a total thing. Maybe if you'll explain within a few lines what exactly your decimate filter do (and very roughly the algorithm if choice have to be made)...
