I have bought new computer and generated new license. Few days later I did activation of Windows (because of downgrade from W8) and after activation the ID have changed. I think it is not good that the ID depend on Windows activation.

In most cases it won't happen. In the case that there is not a valid motherboard serial number, I fall back to another factor that does in fact change like you said. Sure, it's not good. I am open to suggestions for more stable machine identification.

I understand that find best way is not easy. Maybe some kind of CPU serial number will be enough? I dont know if each CPU has any unique identificator.
CPU is changing only if you make upgrade. But for example hdd fail or Windows reinstall is more usual.
