I would like to know if I can get a license and how to get it?
The domain at neuron2.net seems to have been expired.

Thanks for helping out, tObber166. Strangely, the 166 in your handle is my old mail box number at Kings College Cambridge, back in 1974. I think of myself as a scientist, but sometimes coincidences are hard to account for.
