Support forum for DG Tools

Hi,

I just make a license file by my user id and machine id reported by DGDecIM. Since I don't have nVidia card, I don't know if the machine ID is same as DGDecNV.
Unfortunately, the license.txt generated is not working with DGDecIM. With the license.txt, DGIndexIM still show my machine ID and refuse to work.
Is the same license applied to both program? Thanks in advanced.

When you say it refuses to work, do you mean after you try to execute a command like this:

dgindexim -i panama.264 -o panama.264.dgi

or are you just continuing to type:

dgindexim

and expecting something different to happen?

My fault! I thought DGIndexIM has similar UI like DGAVCIndex. I was wrong about it.
It works with command line. Sorry about that.
