[RESOLVED] How To Upgrade

I have version 2052. How do I upgrade to 2053? The only access seems to be via another donation.

Further the user name and password that came with my 2052 donation no longer are recognized.

For access to the binaries, first retrieve the access credentials using this link and your user ID:

Then use this link to retrieve your binaries using the credentials you obtained:

To make your license key, go to this page and follow the instructions there:

Start with your user ID that was sent to you. Try to enter it at http://rationalqm.us/binaries.html as I said above. What is the result? It should return a user name and password that you use to login and obtain the binaries. Then you do the key generation etc. using your user ID again.

Send me your user ID in a PM and I will check it. It should still be good.

The result is: "User xxxx not found in the user list!", where xxxx is my user ID.

PM sent containing the user ID.

That is not your user ID and was not what was mailed to you when you donated. Your user ID is a 10-digit random sequence of characters. Look for it in the activation email I sent you when you donated.

Please slow down, read things carefully, and follow the instructions.

I usually retain those things accurately. This one must have been missed.

That email is long gone. So speed of activity, today, is not the issue. Can you resend the email?

Is your email address at this forum the same one you used for your donation? I don't think so because it is not in my logs. If not, send me a PM with the email used for the donation. If you can't remember send me a PM with your PayPal transaction ID, donation date, or anything else I can use to find you in my logs. Last resort I can give you a new user ID but I don't like to do that unless absolutely necessary because it screws up my accounting and history and requires manual intervention. Based on your posts I don't doubt you are registered but I just prefer to recover your existing ID if possible. Thank you.
