I have encountered a 4K movie (GEMINI MAN) that has a frame rate of 59.97
It appears to duplicate every frame to accomplish this
It results in a video that looks "artificial"
I would like to use DGDecimate to get rid of the duplicate frames but it can't handle high bit depth.
Would it be possible to make it handle high bit depth?
As far as DGTelecide, I figure that it might be only a matter of time until a 4K comes out requiring it
[RESOLVED] DGTelecide, DGDecimate 10 bit

Sample please. You might get by with SelectEven().

Your website doesn't seem to accept hevc, mkv or m2ts files so I put it in my mediafire account

Not seeing frame duplication (other than a few at the start; who knows what you did to cause that?). Have you and Curly been hitting the sauce?
Don't blame me, not my website. Talk to that big ears guy with the tongue.
Everybody is feeling ornery tonight. Could it be the Pinot Noir that Mr Peabody brought back?

You better not be talking about me. Britney wouldn't like that. Besides, my ears aren't so big. However, my nose and my... Never mind!
