I've run into a problem where attempting to "episode demux" a playlist that calls two roughly-equal-size .M2TS files results in small, wrong output files for all audio and video streams.
Demuxing the same playlist normally gives the expected output.
This appears to be a regression sometime since v1.0.0.70 (slipstream 2023-07-03), because switching back to that version seems to work properly. I didn't try any versions in between, sorry. I'm wondering if this is somehow related to the recent changes in honoring playlist in/out times.
Unfortunately my sample is an anime disc that doesn't seem to be readily available for purchase anymore. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
EDIT: Just a heads-up, I don't know how quickly I'll be checking back on this. Tomorrow may be quite busy.

Confirmed as a regression due to the new windows honoring. If you give -ignorepl it will work. Thank you for the report. Investigating...
