Well that is the key; you don't really know if you might need them. You don't need SSIF files for playback from your ripped hard-drive files. That's why MakeMKV does not bother making them. And there is no software I know of to allow that hard drive folder with full SSIF files to be properly written back to an optical bluray disk. It would need to support UDF hard links, etc.
