* Create INI file if it doesn't exist.
* Populate all streams into the Streams listbox. If language is not null in the INI file,
then pre-select the video and chapters streams, and all other streams matching the
language. If language is null in the INI file, then pre-select all streams.
* Populate the Disk box only after browsing. The folder for browsing will initially
be the one specified in the INI file.

All this behavior is consistent with the windows version.
