Im wondering is the method of remuxing and demuxing of THD streams with overlap the same one in eac3to and DGtools? Or does one work better than the other?

DGDemux and DGIndexNV use the same method, and that method is different from eac3to's method.

I haven't looked into eac3to's method as that is Curly's bailiwick. If you'd like to compare them and report your results, feel free. Personally, I would use DGDemux/DGIndexNV for seamless branched THD.

Hiya @Curly Sorry to bring this up once again, I know I'm always pestering you about this but I was just curious if you've had some time to look into the DTS-HD MA/HR DialNorm removal issue as well as the MKV PGS subtitles crashing & LPCM 1.0 Mono crashing issues?
