Fixed locked thread spamming

A patch was applied to fix the problem of locked thread bypassing. Sorry for the inconvenience for those subscribed to the Binaries Notification thread. The guy that did it first PM'ed me with an explanation for how it was done, so we will not take any action against him. Unfortunately, Natasha has pretty privilege, so a stomping is not in the cards for her.
