Board emails and notifications should be working now

Yee-ha! I got the email/notifications working. Let's see.

You can try sending yourself an email. Tap your name on the left side of one of your posts and select Send email.

You can control who (admin and/or users) can send you emails in your board preferences.

I didn't know that our ISP requires the sending email address to be located on their server. It was set to donald.graft AT cantab.net before. Yup, it was that simple.

For shoots and goggles, I logged into our board account and in the inbox were thousands of notifications that the mails weren't sent because the sending account was not local.
