'Last edited' annotation removed

Posts no longer show editing events (last edited, etc.). DG believes that successive editing by all parties leads a thread to converge to a parsimonious crystallization of the truth, a sort of sampling of what is, and that this process should not be inhibited. That's beyond me (think forum maintenance, SQL, backups, security), but it seems harmless.
