Default avatar implemented

Hated the question mark so implemented a default avatar extension. It applies only if you have not assigned your own avatar. Right now it just uses the extension's 'gears' avatar but that could change. Suggestions welcome. Maybe the old 'boring' avatar I used to use.

Yes, it's well-known.
I was thinking it could encourage members to set their own avatar, but I see your point.

Looking at that gear set, it's pretty obvious that it can never work. Was that intentional?

I tried a lot of stuff to change the default avatar but it remains stuck on the gears. Will try again later.
