That looks like a fine choice. We can have an overclocking contest. My voltage is locked but the rest is tweakable. I am running power and temp limits at max, core clock = base + 150Mhz, and memory clock = base + 500MHz. It's very stable so maybe there is more headroom. I'm pretty conservative about these things.

I've been playing with the CUDA optical flow sample. It is 10 times faster than the CPU implementation.

I'm starting at ground zero with mo-comped deinterlacing. We can learn it together. QTGMC has a giant head start. I'm reading papers and old threads.

Its going to be a couple of weeks before I get it, back order.

It throttles (albeit within advertised specifications) and is a bit on the noisy side. So the board partner SKUs are all clocked faster compared to the reference (founders edition) products. Overall you are looking at another 5% to 7% on average extra in performance and another 5% by tweaking it yourself. And that means the product as tested today passes Titan X performance levels. So in retrospect the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti simply is a beast and probably the ultimate card series to get for an enthusiast class gaming PC.

Looks fine. Did you pay MSRP? There's a lot of scalping going on.

I checked all the Canadian sites I deal with.
Prices were all consistent across all of them (+- a couple of dollars)
I finally had to give up on the ASUS card because it is still on back order in Canada and nobody knows when it will be available.
Wonder if ASUS is trying to drive up demand for their cards so they can charge premium
