De-interlacing and cropping in DGDecodeNV

Post by Guest »

Resizing is applied after deinterlacing according to the manual.
How about cropping, does it matter if cropping is done before or after?

It shouldn't matter for the results but it can be faster to crop before as there is less video to deal with.

So I should crop in DGIndexNV, then deinterlace and resize in DGDecodeNV.
Thank you, your source filter gets better and better the more I learn about its capabilities

Aren't there some restrictions due to chroma for YV12 (4:2:0), like cropping or picture resolution should be mod2 or mod4?
