There is any way to extract the metadata from the dolby vision file what demuxed with the eac3to?

Because of this news:

Are you referring to the RPU file?

What are you asking me to do for DGDecNV? Demux to RPU? Convert RPU to something else?

An RPU file, what we can use for the encoding of the x265.

I think the RPU file must be binary encoded, but don't know exactly.

https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=176006

From the X265 help file:

--dolby-vision-profile <float|integer> Specifies Dolby Vision profile ID. Currently only profile 5, profile 8.1 and profile 8.2 enabled. Specified as '5' or
'50'.

--dolby-vision-rpu <filename> File containing Dolby Vision RPU metadata.
If given, x265's Dolby Vision metadata parser will fill the RPU field of input pictures with the metadata read from the file.

It's a problem for me to implement that without DV specs or sample code. Do you have access to the specs or other technical description?
