[RESOLVED] Invalid License after motherboard upgrade

Post by mirogi »

I recently got a new motherboard and now when I open up DGIndexNV, I get the invalid license error. All 8 licenses are exceeded and I just wanted to get a new one so that I can continue to use it. I bought a license back in 2010 on November 14th. I also have the current version of 2044. Thanks

Hi mirogi,

From the main DGDecNV page:

Your activation is tied to your first active network adapter. So if you replace that, you will need to add a new entry to your license file. This supports cases where you use multiple machines, or you switch network adapters on/off. You will receive a login to an online license generator that will allow you to generate the license entries that you need.

Hope that helps.

I had two different entries in the file that were working for a while, but now those don't work and I can't remember the other numbers I had gotten before that because I didn't really think to make a memo of them, my mistake. Now I am stuck. Thanks for your help

From the original email sent to you when requesting a license, there should be a link to the on-line generator that allows you to generate the new license for you new motherboard.

@mirogi

I have reset your license count to 0. Please do not make duplicate licenses.
