You need to change the settings Nvidia quality deinterlacing?

You don't need to change anything in nVidia's control panel, defaults are fine for anything related to decoding video with DGDecNV.

If that's what was asked :agree:

I'm not aware of anything in the control panel that affects the CUVID functionality that DGDecNV uses.

but be aware that as the documentation states, it'll effectively double your frame rate. in my (admittedly rather limited) experience the single rate deinterlace (deinterlace=1) produces a perfectly fine result, too, without affecting FPS.

The double rate option retains all the temporal information contained in the source stream, so it is useful for streams like sports action, etc. Single rate deinterlacing discards half the temporal information.
