2) If these cards have new VP6 engine, will current version of DGDecNV work properly (or even better/faster) without any changes?

Anyone have any H.264 decoding speed results for either the GTX 750 or GTX 750 Ti cards?

They have VP6 and yes, they are supported. Decoding will be about twice as fast.
