Neither of my user id's are being accepted for the purpose of downloading the latest binaries
Am I doing something wrong?

For access to the binaries, first retrieve the access credentials using this link:

Then use this link to retrieve your binaries using the credentials you obtained:

http://rationalqm.us/dgdecnv/binaries/
