[RESOLVED] Opening DGIM index file with DGNV 2052

I have just updated from DGIndexNV 2048 to 2052 and i'm having an issue opening index files generated with DGIndexIM Beta 50. Are these index files no longer able to be used between the two programs? It just gives me the standard error saying the index file was generated with an old version of DGIndexNV.

Yes, the format changed in DGDecNV. You can either re-make the DGI file with DGIndexNV or edit it manually. If you want to edit it, I can tell you what to change.

I need to update DGDecIM to make IM and NV compatible again. Thanks for reminding me. :)

No worries, Thanks for that. I create my avisynth script on one pc with the built in Intel GPU using DGIndexIM and then do my encoding on another with an Nvidia card using DGIndexNV. Ill just regenerate the index file on the encoding PC for the moment, doesn't take very long anyway. I'm assuming the frame numbers will still be the same between the two programs?

Yes, the frame numbers will still be the same, etc.

I need to fix an MKV issue before I get to this. It may be a week or two.

That's fine. I'm not in any big hurry, Since the frame numbers are the same i'm happy to just reindex them in DGIndexNV when doing the encoding.

I have now updated DGDecIM to restore compatibility of the index files.

Thank you for pointing out this issue.
