[RESOLVED] Cubin Load Failed

I’ve just purchased this, in hopes of moving up from DGIndex, and am having difficulty. I placed my DegDecNV folder (containing the exe, dll and license txt) into my programs folder. When I try to open it, I receive an error message that the “cubin failed (301)”. Yet, from what I can tell from the requirements, I have the right Nvidia setup (GeForce GT 635 VP3). Solutions?

Hello Danette. Welcome to the forum.

The error is telling you that the NV12ToRGB24.cubin file is not present in the same folder. Did you copy that over along with DGIndexNV, etc.? Please be sure to use the correct 32/64 bit version.

YES! thank you, that was it. You may want to add that to the "What Do I Need to Use It?" section of the "DGDecNV Quick Start Guide."

Also, copy over dgindexnv.bmp if you want the splash screen.
