Update on new workflow
Use eac3to, via command line, on the disc to see which mpls I want
Load that mpls into DGIndexNV and create a trimmed m2ts
Do what I need to do on file.
Realizing that the chapters were an unneeded/unused item simplified the workflow quite a bit

Great question. Wish I had an answer.
Thought of it... just a left over obsolete appendage from the chapter thingy.
MKVToolNix would correct the timestamps on the chapter file automatically.
