Support forum for DG Tools

I bought DGDecNV yesterday and everything went fine.
Now I want to use it with MeGui, it makes the .dgi file but when MeGui loads it, I get a green screen showing "Bad License".

I copied the original DGDecNV folder with the license.txt to the MeGui dgindexnv folder, so I think it "should" work...

What can I do?

That error means that the copy of DGDecodeNV.dll that is being invoked does not have a valid license file in the same directory as DGDecodeNV.dll. Maybe you have multiple versions of the DLL and the wrong one is getting loaded.
