DGDecNV build 250:

* Previously, DGSource() read the INI file to get the StrictAVC setting that was set in DGIndexNV.
That required the DGI file to include a path to the DGIndexNV executable, where the INI file is
located. But because it is a full path the INI file can fail when operating with network addresses
and doing indexing and frame serving on different machines. This is not a problem for the video
files as long as relative paths are used, but the INI file read is still a problem. Therefore,
DGSource() no longer reads the INI file and instead a new DGSource() option strict_avc is added
(default false).

* New INI files are now created with StrictAVC unchecked.

* The docs have been updated for this new behavior.

Note that the linux version already operates this way. The INI read method was introduced to the
windows version after the linux version was ported.

Slipstream for DGDecNV build 250:

* Added missing log file fields compared to the Info dialogs.

* Changed the order in the log file to match the Info dialogs.

* Do not automatically close/reopen the Info dialog at the start of save project,
and do not clear any Info dialog fields at the end of save project. This ensures
a good match between the log file and the Info dialog.

* For HEVC, the Info dialog field order field was not populated for Progressive.

* For VC1, a guess is made for colorimetry when it is not specified in the
stream. An * is used to show it is a guess. This is done because all VC1
streams we have seen do not specify the colorimetry in the stream, and
it is better to show something rather than nothing.

* Note on log contents: If you want to be sure that the log file shows
all fields, such as bitrate, etc., perform a preview for a few seconds
before performing a save project operation. This is just a reminder
and does not indicate any change in behavior.

eac3to_mod 3.40:

madshi-approved fork of eac3to. It fixes HEVC/UHD disk handling, audio and subtitles sync for seamless branching disks, and several other things.

DGMPGDec 2.0.0.9:

* Fixed problems with the idct, showQ, and info options in the 64-bit DGDecode.dll.
* The 32-bit and 64-bit DGDecode.dll's now accept an Avisynth script specifying a
media file instead of a D2V file. In this case, the file will be automatically indexed

eac3to_mod 3.41:

* You can now extract the AC3 core from EAC3 with sensible syntax and no re-encoding:
eac3to_mod in.eac3 out.ac3 -core. If -core is omitted, re-encoding will occur.
* Fixed some displays that gave wrong signs for dB.
* Extensions 'avc', 'mvc', and '264' are now accepted for demuxing in addition to 'h264'.
* Print 0dB in displays instead of -0dB.
* Changed the -showall option: If -showall is in the INI file, then all
playlists, including 'weird' ones are displayed. Without -showall
you get the previous 3.34/3.36 behavior. With the previous 3.40 -showall
behavior, some disks were showing no playlists without -showall. This is
fixed.

DGDecNV build 251:

* Moved to CUDA 11. This drops support for pre-Maxwell cards.
* Fixed problem with MKV/MP4 files not being properly closed.
* Accept specification of a media file in DGSource(). The file will be automatically indexed. E.g.:

loadplugin("dgdecodenv.dll")
dgsource("Nature.ts")

DGIndexNV.exe and DGDecodeNV.dll must be together in the same directory. The -a option is passed to
DGIndexNV so all streams will be demuxed as well.

eac3to version 3.44:

Re-download eac3to 3.46 as Curly made a quick patch. It was marking hidden when the input was not a disk structure.
