Palette Maker for Pseudocolor Filter
Nina Cording has very kindly contributed a really cool utility for making
palettes for the Pseudocolor filter. It uses Flash 6 (which will be downloaded
automatically if not installed).
Nina Cording's Palette Maker
Here is a example in which I have created a red, white, and blue palette:
Basic Usage
The palette that is generated is shown at the top. Below it is the
control point definition bar. To add points just click on the bar.
To configure a point, highlight it and select its color by clicking
on the desired little color square. To move the point just click on it
and slide it to the desired position. To delete a control point, highlight
it and then click the "Clear point" button. Note that the two outermost
control points can't be cleared.
When you have made the palette the way you want it, click on the white
text area, hit control-c, and then paste the text into a map file for
use by the Pseudocolor filter.
Than you, Nina. This is really cool!
